I had the pleasure of working with Monica, Joanna, and Dr. Kamal, and each of them made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable.Monica was so sweet and informative. She walked me through the entire imaging process and made everything easy and comfortable. During my consultation, Joanna was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions. I truly enjoyed talking with her—her positive attitude and warm personality made the experience even better.Dr. Kamal was wonderful as well. She took the time to address my concerns and eased the worries I had about my case, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward.From beginning to end, I felt welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. I took my daughter to True Image for braces when she was 11 years and 8 months old. They told us that the only way to correct her overbite was with surgery, which was something we really didn’t want to pursue.We then came to Space City Orthodontics, where Dr. Bhagia recommended the MARA appliance instead. While it was a bit expensive and took some time to get used to, it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.Within a year, my daughter’s overbite was completely corrected, and her jaw is now properly aligned—without surgery. We are so grateful to Dr. Bhagia and the entire team for their expertise, honesty, and excellent care. They gave us an alternative that truly changed my daughter’s smile and confidence.I highly recommend Space City Orthodontics to anyone looking for a knowledgeable orthodontist who genuinely cares about finding the best treatment for their patients.
I came in to make an appointment, but they happened to have a spot open for me to be seen. Everyone (especially Vilma) was very sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you need an orthodontist.Updated 7/15/26: I had an appointment that to remove my Invisalign attachments (yay, I'm done!). Unfortunately I double booked and had another doctor's appointment right after this appointment, so I was worried about time constraints.But Laura and Dr. Elias were super understanding and patient with me. Laura was actually super quick and got me out in less than 30 minutes so I could make it to my appointment in time. Thank you!Also, very happy with my teeth 😁

We don’t recommend whitening treatment while you have braces. However, ILLUME is a perfect follow-up to orthodontic treatment once you get your braces off for a straight, white smile!

What if my teeth have been sensitive to other whitening products?
GLO whitening gel is specially formulated to be sensitivity free. It is free of alcohol and carbamide peroxide and is designed to stay put on teeth and off gums and soft tissue.
How long do ILLUME teeth whitening results last?
How long your ILLUME teeth whitening results last depends on various factors, many of which have to do with lifestyle choices. We like to remind patients that if it could stain a white t-shirt, it could stain your teeth, so it’s important to be strategic about enjoying certain foods and drinks. Drinking with a straw and immediately swishing with water after having coffee, tea, wine, and other drinks that can stain, for example, can help your whitening treatment results last a little longer. Brushing with a whitening toothpaste can also help, and we or your dentist will be happy to recommend one if you’re not sure which one to choose.
In any case, it’s good to avoid eating or drinking anything that could stain for 48 hours after whitening to prevent staining and make sure your results last as long as possible.
