We have had a wonderful experience at Space City Orthodontics. The staff are all so kind, from the front desk to the back. My son has had a small issue with his teeth slightly shifting after getting his braces off and everyone has been great trying to get this issue resolved, especially Nicole. She even met me at a location closer to my house to deliver a new retainer, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to the office. Now that is amazing customer service!
Exceptional staff keeping us well informed throughout the consultation and evaluation process for my son’s phase 1 treatment. I want to give a big shoutout to Nicole, the practice director, who also called us to see if we needed help with understanding the plan, had any questions or needed help going over finances and options, she really blessed me with her care and help, and this helped solidify our decision to go with Space City for our boys care. I highly recommend them!
