My daughter started the Invisalign process in Virginia over the summer. However, we had to transfer her care to Houston since my daughter was in college at the University of Houston. Kelly handled the transfer of our case there to the Space City office and walked us through the process over phone calls and text messages to make sure we knew what to expect. We had a scheduling issue on the day of her appointment for removal, but both Kelly and Nicole jumped through hoops to help us out. These 2 women are lifesavers. They were both so nice and accommodating. We can’t say enough good things about these two. Thank you for such professional, caring, and outstanding customer service! It has been a pleasure working with them.
