"I've had quite the journey in the dental world over the past year, and this summer I finally made it to getting Invisalign at 39 years old. Never had braces as a kid so this was all new to me and very important to get right. I've yet to meet Dr. Bhagia, but the operation he has set up is truly impressive. Each person who works at Space City Orthodontics is highly trained and experienced in this field, able to answer all of my questions and remove doubts.I must mention everyone who deserves recognition for their expertise. Dr. Kamal, Rheanna, Paige, Joanna, Jenna, Andy, and Sylvia. Each one of them knows what they're talking about and have helped me with all my questions about Invisalign.I also need to give personal shout outs to:Joanna for seeing me several times in office and keeping up with my Smile Doctors app for my weekly scans, letting me know when to move to the next Invisalign tray. Thanks Joanna!Jenna for my whitening and starting me off with my first tray when I had no idea what I was doing. She works hard!Rheanna for my consultation and with Dr. Kamal's help, helping me choose what plan was right for me.Dr. Kamal for seeing me on my check ups and giving me the reassurance of a DDS orthodontist who clearly has done this many times and knows what you can expect.Paige for her friendly customer service and also helping me with my Invisalign questions via phone and person.Everyone at Space City Orthodontics knows what they're doing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the northwest side of Houston who wants Invisalign or braces for themselves or their children. "Our son is currently in MARPE expansion with Space City. He has had airway problems since he was a baby, that contributed to poor sleep and behavioral problems. He had tonsils and adenoids removed at four and he had traditional orthodontic expansion at seven. He is now eleven and we started the MARPE process this summer. He is an athlete. Since he has started, we noticed he is waking up more rested. His endurance and stamina in his sport has increased. His appearance of dark circles under his eyes has decreased. With our family history of sleep apnea, we are excited and hopeful to improve his breathing and improve quality of life, for the rest of his life."

"I absolutely love Space City Orthodontics in League City! They’re always on time, responsive, and have made my Invisalign process so easy. I’m still in the middle of my treatment, but I’ve seen such a huge improvement from a crooked bottom row of teeth and a slight overbite to straight and gorgeous. They’re perfecting it now with a couple for aligners to go. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and they’ve been so helpful with my insurance and providing the documentation I needed for my FSA eligibility.The office has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there, and it really shows. They’re always so sweet with kids, and little touches like their ice cream and “Space City Ortho” chapsticks make every visit fun. (I even stopped by once just to grab a new chapstick after losing mine, and they were so nice about it!)I look forward to my visits here (something I’ve never said about any other doctor or dental office before). My biggest concerns were a severe overbite and shifted midline. "5 out of 5 starts - the staff is very friendly, great with kids, very clean office. Setting up with braces was such a quick and easy process. Easy financing if that's what you need as well for braces. My son had an issue with a wire and his braces, I sent a message via the portal and got an appt the same day to fix the issue. Highly recommend. (they also give your kiddos free ice cream at the end of the visit if yall choose to do so, and that's all my kids favorite part. Even the ones who aren't patients)"

"Having a special needs kid who requires braces was a bit challenging. Our son had an extra tooth when he was born . We tried so many dentist and orthodontics that promised us they could assist , however that part alone was also challenging. We did not feel comfortable placing him asleep . After visiting Space City , we just knew we were in great hands . Our son is on the spectrum so he too was very brave . He’s now 11 after only seven months his teeth are almost corrected . We are very pleased with the services here."
"I brought my 10-year-old in for a consultation because she inherited her dad’s jaw—narrow with large teeth. When my husband was a child, his orthodontist addressed the issue by removing four teeth to make room. I was really worried we’d have to go down the same path, but was so relieved to hear Dr. Bhagia’s approach: instead of extractions, he plans to gently widen her upper jaw to create space naturally.What truly stood out to me was how Dr. Bhagia took the time to speak directly to my daughter. "The experience has been so positive from the beginning until now, about1 1/2 yrs into the process. We are seeing great results with my sons teeth. My son has Invisalign and he uses an app to scan his teeth and the orthodontist reviews the scan and lets us know when he moves on to his next aligner. There are very few appointments where we have to go into the office. It just makes it very convenient.The location is so convenient to us here living in Clear, Lake and space city, Orthodontics are definitely experts in the field. "My daughter started the Invisalign process in Virginia over the summer. However, we had to transfer her care to Houston since my daughter was in college at the University of Houston. Kelly handled the transfer of our case there to the Space City office and walked us through the process over phone calls and text messages to make sure we knew what to expect. We had a scheduling issue on the day of her appointment for removal, but both Kelly and Nicole jumped through hoops to help us out. These 2 women are lifesavers. The technician that did the scans and X-rays who talked with my daughter and connected as she completed all the required images to understand what treatment my daughter will need.
