"I have been a patient here since 2008. While I have had my braces off for 14 years, I only use this practice for my upkeep needs, even after moving out of state. Nothing beats the warm welcome from Julie, the comfort Jasmine gives during inital exams, and the heartfelt conversations with Kelly over the years. This practice is just unmatched. Besides the depressing new decor, this practice hasn't changed in all the right ways! I 100% will always recommend Space Center, and I hope they never lose their passion for helping. This past months there was a miscommunication but Dr. Vijay Bhagia was so professional to sit down to take the time and resolve any issue I had. Thanks to the staff and always a pleasure to come by and get some work done on my smile. I highly recommend this orthodontic place to get braces the Invisalign treatment has been great. And the staff has been so informative and friendly that I brought my wife to get her treatment of Invisalign. "The initial staff visit was great. They worked with us in the cost and payment plan for our son's braces. We were told by another facility that our son HAD to have four extractions, but the staff at Smile Doctors said otherwise. They saved us from unnecessary expenses and unnecessary pain for our son. He kept all of his teeth and today he had his braces removed. He has a beautiful smile and he is happy! The staff has been great to work with and we would highly recommended Smile Doctors to friends and family."

Alexis handled most of my treatment plan and provided exceptional, friendly service. She made sure my treatment was complete in time for my wedding, but still took the time to make sure my treatment was handled properly. She takes pride in her work which I value. "I just got my braces off after 3 years. As an adult getting braces, my teeth had been neglected for a long time. I was very scared and was afraid of losing a tooth, but every time I came in Yaneli at the Clear Lake office made me feel at ease and confident in her abilities. "I read reviews on yelp to find a good orthodontist. I came for a consultation (free). From the moment I walked in, everyone was very nice. Customer service here is definitely 100%. The tech that took me back took pictures of my teeth. She explained every step, gave me a tour, and made my first visit fee very in depth. I waited for a few minutes and I was greeted by Nicole. She is the coordinater that helps you with the financial aspect of your treatment. I was immediately greeted with a warm handshake from the doctor. His consultation was so in depth and not rushed at all. He answered every question I had, even the silly ones. I thought that traditional braces was going to be my only answer but he assured me that I can have the same treatment in the same amount of time with Invisalign for the same cost (they have a promotion right now). I’m 31 years old, sign me up for clear retainer braces! I never realized that it’s so much more than just having straight teeth. He explained to me about my bite, the shape of my teeth, side effects that I have now that I didn’t even know was because of my current structure. He went into detail how and why my teeth will shift and what to expect. For a free consultation this was so in depth and really blew me away.Nicole made it easy for payments. It’s pretty up front. You make a down payment. The more you put down, the lower your payments. It’s not rocket science like some of the previous reviews I read. It’s very easy to see how many months it will take to pay off the amount. If you choose to pay it off early that’s fine. She was willing to work with me if I needed help with payments but everything was fine. It’s like having a bill due every month that’s auto drafted and you pick the date. She was very nice and explained everything in details.Last step was getting my teeth scanned for the Invisalign to get my trays. Super easy. Fast. The tech even removed my old retainer on my bottom teeth that was permanent. She made sure I was in no pain since the water is cold. I simply had to raise my hand and she would stop and hold my tooth from the ache of the cold. That’s an extra step that no hygentist has ever done. She told me that my trays will arrive in 4-6 weeks. "To some it all up....AWESOME!! My treatments started Feb 2015 and ended April 2016! From day one I should have known everything was going to be great! When I drove up for my initial appt there weren't many parking spots, so I saw an open one and I pulled in it and saw a sign that said "Welcome Sheila Dennis" and I felt so special and all I could do was smile!! Dr. B was really nice all the other ladies were also very nice and helplful. They explained everything I needed to know. One of my most memorable visits was when Dr B had to drill to make spaces between my teeth. I hated that passionately and it scared me so bad that I'd tense up the whole time because I anticipated PAIN and it did come!! So I'd mentioned it to my Dentist at one of my regular visits and they told me just ask could they numb your gums. So the next visit at SCO I ask the lady would it be possible and said "we don't normally do that, but I'll ask him". So Dr. B came up to start and she asked him and he said "sure we can do that" and he numb my gums and I was so relaxed it seems like he was done in no time! After he finish and left, the lady said "he must really like you because he NEVER does that!" All I could say was "well I'm glad he likes me!" So that alone, tells me that he will do what he can to make his patients comfortable with the treatments. The last appt was a shock, because I didn't know they'd be removing my attachments. It's only been 14 months!!! I used the acceledent so I figured it would help speed up the process but I never thought it would be this soon! All before when I'd laugh, I'd always cover my mouth because my teeth were ugly to me, now I have no reason to do that. I think my smile is more beautiful than ever and I Thank Dr. B and his wonderful staff at SCO!!! So I'm telling my friends and family that Space Center Orthodontics is the place they should go for braces!"

"Let's just start off by saying that my daughters mouth was crowded, VERY crowded - no one who looked at her mouth would disagree with that. However, when we interviewed orthodontists, there were many different approaches that we could have taken. Dr. Bhagia had the approach we were looking for - expand her mouth early, so the adult teeth could come in without hinderance, and make the necessary room WITHOUT PULLING TEETH! He promised me that teeth pulling would be a last resort, and he meant it!Thankfully, we were able to acheive the space needed in her mouth for all of her teeth. Dr. Bhagia and his team were able to skillfully maneuvere her teeth without resorting to additonal devices. I realize that may not be the case for everyone, but in our case it truly was an impressive feat!A few more things about the practice:1) The free consult really is free2) The billing people work with you, there were many payment plans available.3) They do a pretty good job of keeping their schedule.4) You get assigned to a hygenist team throughout your treatment - I really appreciate the continuity of care.5) They also truly care about the patients' comfort level and are committed to preventing their patients any undue pain. While there is always some discomfort associated with braces, they are also very accommidating when a patient needs to come in to deal with a pokey wire or something of that nature.6) Dr. B and his team seem to be current on ways to make orthodontia treatment, more efficient, less painful, etc...Overall - I would say we had a great experience at Space Center Orthodontics!"
"I'm getting close to the end of my Invisalign treatment and I'm so happy with how my teeth are looking now. Everyone at Space Center Orthodontics has been so friendly and helpful.When I started, Dr. Bhagia wanted me to wear a "button" with rubber bands - it's basically a metal stick attached to the teeth to provide something for the rubber band to attach to. Well, it cut my tongue so badly that I made him remove it, even though he said we might not get the result I'd been hoping for. I've been diligent about wearing my aligners, and at my last appointment Dr. Bagia was happy to tell me that everything moved as desired without the buttons. He said he'd learned something that he could apply to future patients.What a great doctor to be so open and honest with me, and I'm so glad he will apply what he's learned to others so their treatment can be more comfortable!"

"Your Review" I am beyond amazed at the service from this office starting from my first phone call to inquire about a consultation. Receptionist couldn't have been more welcoming and pleasant to talk to. I was so amazed to receive a call from the Dr himself the day before the appointment!! Nicole King was awesome and went WAY beyond anything I would have expected. Words can't even explain nor could I ever thank her enough for everything she did. She made me feel so welcome and at ease and helped me not put one but two kids in braces!! I never thought I could put one and I now have two!! After a quick tour of the lovely facility, I met in the office of Nicole to discuss my choices for correction. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly, I never wanted to leave. Dr Bhagia came in to discuss my options and I look forward to having him do my invisalign braces. Every person I interacted with there went way above and beyond to make me feel welcome (the receptionist is so sweet) I am looking forward to starting my treatment. "My son, daughter and I are patients of Dr.Vijay Bhagia and I am writing this review based on our experience with our orthodontic treatment. We live 5 hours away and make monthly visits to Houston just to get treated by Dr. Bhagia. I can say that it was well worth the drive as he and his staff are phenomenal.My daughter had a bad case of overcrowding with three rows of teeth pointing in various directions. We were pretty sure that some teeth would be extracted but surprisingly that did not happen. Dr. Bhagia treated her with expanders and braces and within 12 months she now has one line of teeth and they are straight and aligned.I myself had avoided treatment all these years and at age 41 decided to join my kids and get braces. I was no easy case either but in a matter of twelve months I achieved fabulous results. After the braces came off the staff immediately started work on my retainer. They recognized that we were out of town and went out of their way to make my retainer in a matter of few hours.The office is well run and provides the highest quality of service. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The pricing is also very reasonable as this was a big concern with three simultaneous treatments. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bhagia for adults or children in need of orthodontic care. Our family now has perfectly shaped teeth and we could not be happier and more confident. "Dr. Bhagia treated my daughter who was 7 when she started treatment and had very narrow jaw. She also a fear of dental & medical offices in general. At the first visit itself, Dr. Bhagia and his team put her at ease.They were very friendly and eased her fear. She loved the fun enviroment and the icecream :) She got an expander and baby braces for 6 months and it made such a difference to her smile and her self-confidence. She has not only started to smile much more but also shows more confidence in taking the lead in her class. Through the entire process we never had to wait more than a few minutes past our appointment time. The financial arrangements were very affordable and easy to follow. At every visit, my daughter and I left smiling wide. Dr. Bhagia and the entire team at Space Center Orthodontics does a wonderful job. They go above and beyond what other orthodontic offices offer.
