"I've had quite the journey in the dental world over the past year, and this summer I finally made it to getting Invisalign at 39 years old. Never had braces as a kid so this was all new to me and very important to get right. I've yet to meet Dr. Bhagia, but the operation he has set up is truly impressive. Each person who works at Space City Orthodontics is highly trained and experienced in this field, able to answer all of my questions and remove doubts.I must mention everyone who deserves recognition for their expertise. Dr. Kamal, Rheanna, Paige, Joanna, Jenna, Andy, and Sylvia. Each one of them knows what they're talking about and have helped me with all my questions about Invisalign.I also need to give personal shout outs to:Joanna for seeing me several times in office and keeping up with my Smile Doctors app for my weekly scans, letting me know when to move to the next Invisalign tray. Thanks Joanna!Jenna for my whitening and starting me off with my first tray when I had no idea what I was doing. She works hard!Rheanna for my consultation and with Dr. Kamal's help, helping me choose what plan was right for me.Dr. Kamal for seeing me on my check ups and giving me the reassurance of a DDS orthodontist who clearly has done this many times and knows what you can expect.Paige for her friendly customer service and also helping me with my Invisalign questions via phone and person.Everyone at Space City Orthodontics knows what they're doing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the northwest side of Houston who wants Invisalign or braces for themselves or their children. These guys make it look easy, but they were obviously carefully chosen. Still on my Invisalign journey, but thank you to Space City Orthodontics for making me start to feel like I'll one day soon at last have normal looking straight white teeth."
"Our son is currently in MARPE expansion with Space City. He has had airway problems since he was a baby, that contributed to poor sleep and behavioral problems. He had tonsils and adenoids removed at four and he had traditional orthodontic expansion at seven. He is now eleven and we started the MARPE process this summer. He is an athlete. Since he has started, we noticed he is waking up more rested. His endurance and stamina in his sport has increased. His appearance of dark circles under his eyes has decreased. With our family history of sleep apnea, we are excited and hopeful to improve his breathing and improve quality of life, for the rest of his life."

The whole staff is so kind and caring, my son gets nervous each time he has to go in for his braces but they are so great with him and are patient with him, which I really appreciate. "I got Invisalign in my 40s to adjust for some damage on my front teeth. SCO is super thorough, fast, and the staff are so kind and compassionate. They were in-network for Delta insurance too. They really take care of you through the entire process, and are always available to address questions or concerns. Highly recommend and will take my kids there if/when they need braces."
"18 months later… braces are OFF!Huge thank you to Space City Orthodontics for making this entire journey such a great experience. From start to finish, the staff has been amazing, supportive, and so kind.Let’s be honest—no one wants to get braces again, especially as an adult, but it has definitely been a huge confidence booster. My biggest concerns were a severe overbite and shifted midline. While full correction would have required jaw surgery, I’m beyond happy with my results and so satisfied with the final outcome.If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I highly recommend Space City Orthodontics. They truly have the best technology, dentist and staff around! I walked in today with braces on and walked out with my retainers."
"5 out of 5 starts - the staff is very friendly, great with kids, very clean office. Setting up with braces was such a quick and easy process. Easy financing if that's what you need as well for braces. My son had an issue with a wire and his braces, I sent a message via the portal and got an appt the same day to fix the issue. Highly recommend. (they also give your kiddos free ice cream at the end of the visit if yall choose to do so, and that's all my kids favorite part. Even the ones who aren't patients)"

"Having a special needs kid who requires braces was a bit challenging. Our son had an extra tooth when he was born . We tried so many dentist and orthodontics that promised us they could assist , however that part alone was also challenging. We did not feel comfortable placing him asleep . After visiting Space City , we just knew we were in great hands . Our son is on the spectrum so he too was very brave . He’s now 11 after only seven months his teeth are almost corrected . We are very pleased with the services here."

"We love Space City Orthodontics! The team is incredibly personable, and they explain in full length anything you have questions about in addition to the physiology of your specific case. My daughter got her first expander and her first round of braces. Joanna has been working with us on her care, and Joanna is AMAZING! My daughter has nerves of jello, and we’ve had to sedate her for dental procedures in the past. With that in mind, I wasn’t sure how she’d react to having anyone else do work in her mouth. Joanna has the touch! She’s fun, caring, and direct. She knows how to utilize her resources in the office to optimize care. My daughter loves her and feels so comfortable with her. "We started with aligners roughly 8 months ago for our 10 yr old and have been extremely happy with our experience with them. I loved the scanning technology from home for Invisalign that allowed me to reduce in office visits but still have my progress monitored and answer any questions I might have. I went to 3 different orthodontist offices for quotes and knew right away I’d be happiest in choosing Space City. They were also highly recommended by my dentist and worked with me on a price and service I could afford. "I’ve always been curious but at the same time skeptical, two characteristics that have been with me since I was a child… I say that to say this, when I was first referred to Space City Orthodontics in Cypress of course I was curious and skeptical but I shocked myself that I didn’t even looked at any reviews before booking my appointment. I really wanted to keep an opened mind especially that this experience would not only be new for me but for my son . To sum this up, Dr. Bhagia ( Dr. B) and his team are awesome. Dr. Bhagia is like a walking “ encyclopedia Orthodontist “ his superb knowledge about his specialty was easily noted . "I took my son -9 year old - in for Phase 1 consultation and then we decided to proceed. Dr. Bhagia is wonderful with kids, he is very cool, polite and honest. The staffs are very friendly, the office is brand new and so clean. We had the best experience there and I recommend him to all my patients ( I am a hygienist).So far I noticed that my son stop snoring at night due to the opening of his airway, his underbite is now corrected. We’re very happy and can’t wait to see the end result!"
