"First of all Dr. B is amazing. Every visit, the staff was always super nice and professional. From the first visit they made me feel really comfortable, provided answers when needed. The office is very clean, the assistants are gentle and caring. I never felt rushed at all. Being a professional as well, they work with my schedule, which was a plus. I would recommend. Cindy (who recently had her brackets removed) was so relatable, she was extremely considerate during my de-bonding process. I am forever thankful and grateful to Space City. I wish them much success. "They are very thorough on making sure my daughters’s teeth are growing properly. They have expanded their upper palettes so they are able to breathe better during their sleep. The process is long but well worth it because their teeth are aligning where they’re supposed to be after placing the braces on."

"I went here last week for a wire tightening and it was by farrrrrr my favorite experience so far they did everything so quickly and non painful. They also give free snacks like ice cream sandwiches, goldfish, and ext. the receptionist is also very kind and patient with people. and the free chap stick works soo well my chapped lips when away instantly. My teeth are very straight after just a few months of braces from here. Thank yall"

Kellie is the sweetest person ever and answered all my questions about my treatmentI ended up needing jaw surgery and got reccomended to dr alfi from them.. im so glad that they looked out for my long term health and checking airway because most Orthodontist do not do that out of fear Because nobody wants to hear that they need jaw surgery, but Dr Alfi is different everything is custom and it’s the best thing I could’ve done for my long-term health and surgery time is literally a seventh compared to traditional Plus, it’s custom to your mouth so there’s so many benefits.. but aside from Jaw surgery, they are the sweetest people and I’m so glad that I picked them to be my Orthodontist and work on my smile"

"Currently doing my Invisalign treatment with them and it’s been going well! All the staff are super nice and respectful! I will say the only negative is that I’ve experienced long waits at both league city and Houston clear lake locations for every appointment. I don’t mind it as much anymore because I know now to schedule my appointments earlier if I have to work that same day or just schedule it on my off day but, at the beginning of my treatment it was frustrating having to wait 30-45 just to be seated and treated. Other than that, great orthodontics, clean and tidy locations, and would definitely recommend to others!"

"Our son is currently in MARPE expansion with Space City. He has had airway problems since he was a baby, that contributed to poor sleep and behavioral problems. He had tonsils and adenoids removed at four and he had traditional orthodontic expansion at seven. He is now eleven and we started the MARPE process this summer. He is an athlete. Since he has started, we noticed he is waking up more rested. His endurance and stamina in his sport has increased. His appearance of dark circles under his eyes has decreased. "My daughter started the Invisalign process in Virginia over the summer. However, we had to transfer her care to Houston since my daughter was in college at the University of Houston. Kelly handled the transfer of our case there to the Space City office and walked us through the process over phone calls and text messages to make sure we knew what to expect. We had a scheduling issue on the day of her appointment for removal, but both Kelly and Nicole jumped through hoops to help us out. These 2 women are lifesavers.
